Snack-rament
Today we were sitting in church. In the back with an adorable set of boys in front of us, about 3, 5, and 7 years old. They were coloring diligently until the sacrament song was almost over, then the mom gathered up the markers and prepared the boys for prayer.
They obediently took the bread. After the water was blessed, the middle boy asked his mom, “why do they give us water?”
She replied, “so we can remember Jesus.”
“I wish they gave us juice to remember Jesus.”
Jacob and I laughed so hard and so long. Kids are just adorable, at least they are when it isn’t your job to be in charge of them. 😉
Too cute! I nursery on Sunday we had something cute happen. We were doing singing time, the song “Wheels on the Bus” and a little girl said, “What do the Dads do on the bus?” then she answered her own question and sang, “Tickle, tickle, tickle!” We were all cracking up. So we finished the song with another verse, “The Dads on the bus go Tickle, Tickle, Tickle… all through the town.” LOL!
